Rainbow Day Munich is more than just a career fair with stand talks, even if these are very colorful and helpful. With our content-rich supporting program, we also offer interested participants who are not currently interested in a career (re)orientation an exciting option to gain knowledge, exchange ideas and expand their own network.

Rainbow flags, customized marketing and loud trucks at CSDs: the corporate world can look pretty colorful and that's a good thing. Nevertheless, we need to keep talking about queer inclusion in the world of work! In this talk by PROUT AT WORK, you will learn some basic facts about the situation of queer people in the workplace and why the topic of queer inclusion is relevant for individuals, organizational cultures and, ultimately, business. business is relevant.

On this panel, we want to shed light on queerness as a cross-cutting social issue and ask ourselves together how we can do justice to intersectional diversity within the LGBTQIA+ community in the workplace. in the workplace.
