Local events are not only timely for sustainability reasons. That's why Rainbow Day is also coming to Cologne on July 9, 2024 - in the middle of ColognePride.

The many important services for the queer community in Cologne are now being expanded with a new format:

The Rainbow Day!

Companies present themselves here as regional employers and show why they see diversity in the company as an essential part of the corporate culture and are very happy to talk to interested visitors from the queer community (and anyone who values diversity). community (and all those for whom diversity is important). 

Conversely, everyone who visits the Rainbow Day learns how authentic a company is and whether their own personality is reflected in this company. Regardless of the industry or general area of expertise!

The Rainbow-Day Cologne will be extended by a supporting program, which also invites to exchange, dialogue, get to know each other and network apart from career talks.

Rainbow Day will also take place in Cologne for the first time on 09.07.2024. The central Wolkenburg will be available as the event location. Easily accessible, it is an ideal venue for trade fair discussions in a relaxed atmosphere.
